Payment Terms
5.1 Payment for Services must be made according to the terms outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified on the invoice.
5.2 A deposit is required to confirm your project booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed timeline.
5.3 Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or suspension of Services. Late payments may incur additional fees, as outlined in your agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 If you wish to cancel your project, you must provide written notice. Refunds for Services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed and resources allocated up to the cancellation date.
6.2 Refunds for digital design assets, completed branding projects, or website designs are not available once the final deliverables have been approved and provided.
6.3 In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the Services fail to meet the applicable guarantees under the law. This includes remedies for major faults or substandard performance.
